JMed Consultants and Advocacy Group: medical billing, revenue cycle management, patient advocacy, education and training

Medical billing is complicated. We make it manageable.

For patients, it's hospital bills, insurance letters, and collection notices that are hard to read. For providers, it's claims, workflows, and revenue problems that eat into the time you'd rather spend on care. For anyone learning the field, it's knowing where to start. JMed works on all three: we help patients sort out their bills, help providers fix and launch their practices, and train the next generation of billing professionals.

You don't have to know every code or every rule before asking for help. You just need a place to start.

What JMed does

We turn confusing medical bills into a clear action plan.

Medical bills arrive with codes, adjustments, insurer decisions, and hospital policies that are hard to understand. JMed helps you slow the process down, organize the facts, and take the next right administrative step.

Bill Review

We review itemized statements for duplicate charges, billing errors, upcoding concerns, insurance processing issues, and unclear patient responsibility amounts.

Dispute Preparation

We organize the facts, identify documentation gaps, and prepare dispute language you can use with hospitals, billing offices, and insurers.

Charity Care Navigation

We compare household income and assets against hospital financial assistance policies and help complete the application package.

Balance Negotiation

For qualifying balances, we provide administrative representation focused on reducing eligible out-of-pocket medical debt.

Who we help

Built for patients and families who need clarity before the balance takes over.

Hospital bills you cannot afford

For families facing balances that do not match their budget, income, or understanding of what insurance should have covered.

Insurance letters that make no sense

For clients trying to understand explanations of benefits, denials, adjustments, and patient responsibility amounts.

Charity care you were never offered

For patients who may qualify for hospital financial assistance but were not clearly told how to apply.

Collections or unclear account pressure

For people who need help organizing the facts before responding to billing offices, collectors, or account notices.

Simple process

A calmer path from confusion to next steps.

The goal is not to bury you in forms. The goal is to understand the bill, identify the right administrative path, and move with documentation.

Submit intake

Tell us who you are, what balance you are facing, and which service level fits your situation.

We review the facts

We look for billing issues, missing documents, assistance options, insurer questions, and negotiation paths.

You get a plan

Depending on your tier, you receive an action plan, application support, or administrative representation.
